To be the school where every child's own spark is spotted early, and then gently fanned into a flame.
From the very first day in Playgroup to the very last in Class 5.
What That Really Means
No child is behind and no child is ahead. Every child is simply somewhere, and our happy job is to know exactly where, and to walk forward from there together.
That is a lovely thing to write and a hard thing to actually do, which is why our ratio matters more to us than anything else on this website. Twelve children to a teacher is the whole difference between a class that is merely managed and a class that is truly known.
