One Beautiful Idea, Eighteen Wonderful Years.
In 2008, Sanjay Dutt Sharma and Daksha Sharma opened one small play school in Jaipur with one simple, stubborn belief: let a child be exactly who they are.
He had spent years in the corporate world hiring and training young adults, and then went on to run a degree college. He had seen where the education system ends, and he wanted to go back and work on where it begins. She is a Cost and Management Accountant who found nothing in the world more fascinating than the way a small child learns.
Eighteen years and more than 6,000 happy children later, there are three campuses across the city, and little ones who joined us at two are now finishing Class 5.
The Magic of How We Teach
Children learn best when they are having the time of their lives.
A little one stacking blocks is quietly learning counting, balance, patience and the art of taking turns. She does not feel taught at all. She feels like she is playing. That is exactly the magic of our researched play way method.
And we watch, always. Some children are quick with words. Some with numbers, some with music, some with their hands, some with people. There are eight different kinds of cleverness, and almost every single child is wonderfully strong in at least one of them. Find that one thing early enough and a child carries the confidence for the rest of their life.
Our curriculum is aligned with NEP 2020 and the NCF, covering academics alongside the social, emotional, physical and language growth that makes a whole, happy child.

A Note From Our Directors
When we opened our doors in 2008, we made one promise: every child who walks in will be seen for exactly who they are. Eighteen years later, it is still the first thing we talk about every morning.

Our Founders
Sanjay Dutt Sharma
A criminal lawyer at the Rajasthan High Court, who spent years before that heading hiring at large companies, and then ran a degree college of his own. He had seen where the system ends, so he came back to where it begins. He co-founded me myself… in 2008 with one idea: overall development, right from the root.

Daksha Sharma
A Cost and Management Accountant who came to education purely out of love for it, and co-founded me myself… in 2008. She trained further in early years teaching, and in how young children learn to handle their own feelings. She runs the school with a mother's hand, and every parent who meets her notices.
Cost and Management Accountant (CMA) and B.Ed, trained in emotional intelligence. In education since 2008.
GSLC SPARC Award for Exemplary Leadership, 2026
In February 2026, Mrs. Daksha Sharma received this national award from the Global School Leaders' Consortium at the SPARC Deux conclave at The Lalit, Jaipur, in recognition of eighteen years of outstanding service to education.
